About Us

The Glastonbury Candle Company was started in 2021 right in the heart of the idyllic Mendip district of Somerset, South West England. 

Having been raised in the town of Glastonbury and in the spirit of its traditions it was clear that our mission was to create a product that not only smells great but was as environmentally friendly as we could possibly make it.

That is why The Glastonbury Candle Company prides itself on using 100% Soy Wax in our candles that are all hand-poured locally. We only use scents that are Vegan friendly and are animal cruelty free and we endeavour to use as little packaging as possible with our candles. The packaging we do use is selected to be as recyclable and as environmentally friendly as can be.
