Your Candle Guide
Your Glastonbury Candle Co. Candles are lovingly hand-poured with Soy Wax in Somerset. Please read your care instructions carefully.
WARNING
- Candles can cause fires, burns and serious injury if not cared for properly.
- Keep away from children or pets.
- Always burn the candle on a flat, heat resistant surface and never burn the candle on or near anything that can catch fire.
- Never move a burning candle or leave a burning candle unattended.
- Do not touch the glass whilst it is hot.
BURNING INSTRUCTIONS
- Place on a flat, heat resistance surface away from drafts.
- Ensure the melt pool reaches the edge of the glass on the first burn. This should take 3-4 hours.
- Always trim the wick to around 4mm before subsequent burns.
- Subsequent burns should last no longer than 4 hours.
- Keep the melt pool free of any foreign debris.
- Extinguish the candle if it smokes, flickers or the flame becomes too high.
- Extinguish the candle at least one hour before it is left unattended.
