Postage & Packaging

UK Standard Delivery:

£3.50 (2-3 working days from despatch) for packages under 1kg

£4.99 (2-3 working days from despatch) for packages 1kg – 2kg

£6.50 (2-3 working days from despatch) for packages 2kg – 5kg

£9.99 (2-3 working days from despatch) for packages 5kg – 10kg

 

For wholesale orders or orders over 10kg please get in touch. 

Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we am unable to redirect orders once the have been sent. We aim to despatch all in stock orders within 48 hours of being received. Larger orders will take slightly longer to be shipped. We despatch orders on weekdays only.

If you suspect a lost delivery please contact us quoting your name, order number and full address and we will look into it for you straight away.

What happens if my parcel is due to be delivered when I am not home?

Our chosen courier will leave you a card letting you know that a delivery has been attempted. The card should have detailed instructions informing you on how to obtain your parcel. You will have a specified period from the date of attempted delivery to rearrange delivery, after this date items will automatically be returned to us. If the item is returned to us in this way, we will need to charge for re-posting the item to you.  To avoid delays in delivering your parcel, we recommend having your item shipped to your daytime address, for example, your work address.

Returns

We really hope you love your Glastonbury Candle Company purchase/s, however if you are not entirely happy, for any reason please do not hesitate to notify us to arrange a return at info@theglastonburycandlecompany.com

Returns procedure:

You must return your unwanted products for a refund within 7 working days from the day you received the Product/s. The Product/s, including their original packaging, must be returned “as new” in a saleable condition.

We recommend sending your unwanted items back via recorded delivery as we cannot refund products damaged or lost in transit.

Once the returned product/s are received we will examine the product and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within 7 working days. We will process a refund or exchange within 7 working days of receipt of your returned item. We will then e-mail you confirmation of a refund, or send you your replacement. Please therefore do not contact us until 8 working days have passed since we received your return. We will endeavour to process refunds and exchanges as quickly as possible.

We will refund the price of the products in full. Unfortunately we cannot cover the cost of return postage. Your refund will be sent to the original card or method used by you to pay for your purchase.

This provision does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
